Flourless Chocolate Cake

4 squares of semisweet chocolate which are chopped, they should be about 4 ounces

1/2 cup butter

3/4 of a cup of white sugar

1/2 cup cocoa powder

3 eggs which are beaten

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions for preparing the cake

First, heat the pan to about 150 degree Celsius and apply butter .After applying butter spread cocoa powder.

Melt cocoa butter in boiling water; stir the butter in sugar mixed with eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla. After mixing the ingredients pour into your prepared pan.

Let the ingredients bake in your preheated oven for about 30 mins. After heating let it cool for about 10 min, turn the cake to a wire rack where you will allow it to cool completely. You can decide to reheat the slices of the cake in your microwave for about 30 seconds where the cake will be ready for serving.

 

Hungarian Gluten Free Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients for preparing the cake

12 ounces of hazelnuts

2 teaspoons of baking powder

6 egg yolks

5/8 cup of white sugar

6 egg whites

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

1/8 cup of chopped hazelnuts

Directions for preparing the cake

Start by preheating your oven to 165 degrees Celsius .Grease and flour your spring pan .Grind your hazelnuts until they are very fine then add baking powder.

In your large bowl, whip your egg york with sugar till they are pale yellow. Add ground hazelnut to the mixture.

In another clean bowl whip egg whites till they are stiff. Add 1/3 of the egg whites that you have prepared into the pale yellow mixture. Then add the rest whites into the mixture.

Pour your prepared ingredients into your spring form pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 75 minutes .Cool on a wire rack.

When completely cool slice the cake into 3 horizontal layers and then whip your cream until it is stiff, then spread the cream between the layers on all sides of the cake layers .Finally sprinkle hazelnuts that you have chopped on top to create good decorations.
